“ I came for the Rack of Lamb and it didn’t disappoint. I had it for the first time in July 2024, and it was amazing. I booked Nick’s for this trip (March 2025) before I even booked a flight or hotel. I was craving the Lamb since July. I haven’t found a restaurant that makes it better. Everything about this dish is perfection! ”
“ My apologies for not taking any media for this review however I was very hammered at the time of my visit. With that being said, the roasted chicken stuffed with prosciutto was absolutely delicious. The chicken was very juicy and the stuffing was a perfect complement for a carnivores desired dish. The mashed potatoes were sensational as well. Server was spot on. Loved the one. You guys rock. God bless ”
“ The restaurant is set in a beautiful hotel garden right next to a small, peaceful beach. I recommend coming around sunset, it’s the perfect time to enjoy the view. The cocktails and food were amazing, especially the Nick’s Sunset, a tropical fruit juice and rum blend. The seafood tower was also great, with a nice variety of fresh seafood. I wouldn’t recommend the scallops, they were overly salty. The strawberries Panzin dessert didn’t stand out in flavor, but it was creative and visually impressive, perfect for a date night. ”
“ This restaurant is in The Fairmont Hotel. While the hotel is very nice the restaurant is spectacular. I recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. Nick fish market has been here for 25 years. I personally have only been here once but our guests that we were with were here 20 years ago and they thought it was great just as it was when we went. I had the 12oz lobster and It was great. Other people in our group had fish and scallops. They loved their meal so you can’t go wrong here. Service is excellent as is the food. Please make it a point to come in here. ”
“ Fantastic, all the way around! Searched high and low for the perfect place to take my mom out for her birthday and I’m so glad we came here. I can’t remember our waiters name but he was probably one of the best waiters I’ve ever had (and we eat at high end restaurants a lot). He really stood out. The food was great! My only complaint is the scallops dish was tiny, it did not fill me up but it was delicious! The fish entrees and specials portions were huge though! Drinks were also great and they comped a drink and a dessert for my mom for her bday. I wish you could see more of the water from the restaurant but you really just see the pool FYI water view is pretty limited. ”
